What happens if my wedding is cancelled?

We have had a few instances recently where customers weddings have either been cancelled for personal reasons or members of the bridal party are no longer taking part in the wedding.

This obviously means that some gowns (bridal or bridesmaid) are no longer required.

WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS SHOULD THIS HAPPEN TO YOU ON ANY MONIES PAID AS DEPOSITS OR PAYMENTS. This is due to the gowns being MADE TO ORDER and we have paid for them in full with our suppliers. Unlike some companies we are unable to return gowns for a 'restock fee'.

We obviously sympathise greatly should this happen to you, however we are unable to be left with stock we do not need or want due to personal circumstances of the customer.

All gowns ordered must either :

A) BE PAID FOR IN FULL AND COLLECTED

B) ORDER CANCELLED AND ANY MONIES PAID WILL BE LOST.

We urge you to be sure who will be involved with your wedding party prior to ordering as cannot and will not be offering refunds on change of circumstance.
