GROOM'S SUIT IS FREE WHEN YOU PAY FOR 5 MORE HIRED SUITS

HOW DO I VIEW THE SUITS, WAISTCOATS AND SWATCHES?

We work exclusively by appointment here at the studio as we prefer to offer a more personal one on one service.

During your appointment you will be able to view the different suits, waistcoats and swatches.

Once you have decided on your chosen suit we will arrange to measure everyone in your party (please note measurements are only taken during our open shop days which are on Wednesday's 3pm till 6pm and Sunday's 12-5pm) should this be an issue we can still accommodate you - please ask for alternative measuring days or times.

WHAT IF A MEMBER OF MY PARTY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR MEASURING DUE TO LOCATION?

Should a member of your party not be available immediately to be measured we can still take your order and measure them at a later stage. Should they not live locally and are unable to be measured by us we can still order their suit using their own measurements. We won't however be responsible for suits that do not fit correctly if you have not been measured by us and therefore any changeover (replacement) items will be charged seperately for.

WHAT DEPOSIT DO I NEED?

FOR EACH SUIT ORDERED YOU WILL NEED TO PAY A 50% DEPOSIT. PLEASE NOTE ANY DEPOSITS LEFT ARE NON REFUNDABLE SHOULD YOUR PLANS CHANGE WE CAN HOWEVER CHANGE THE DELIVERY DATES OF YOUR ORDER AT NO EXTRA COST.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE MY SUIT ARRIVES?

Once your suits arrive with us you will be advised to collect them at a mutually convenient time. We advise that you try the suits as soon as possible so if there are any problems or issues we can organise a changeover (replacement item) as quickly as possible. Should the changeover be due to a measuring error there will be no further cost to you.
